Labour Ministry hosts dialogue with employers, recruiting agencies

Representatives of industrial companies, producers of consumer goods, trade companies, recruiting and consulting agencies and others participated in the event.

The participants discussed the draft law “On recruiting activities”, which will regulate activities of the company, providing services on staff recruiting. It sets clear conditions for operation of recruiting companies in Uzbekistan.

The participants also discussed issues related to seasonal jobs, prevention of violation of labour laws, development of interactive services, etc.

The participants also considered attraction of foreign managers to the joint stock companies, protection of labour and security of employees.
