Kyrgyz President to pay visit to Uzbekistan – reports

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambaev will pay an official visit to Uzbekistan on 24 December, Kyrgyz media reported citing head of department of foreign policy of the Office of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov.

Almazbek Atambaev will visit Samarkand city. Kyrgyz leader will pay tribute to the First President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, visiting his grave.

Isakov said that Almazbek Atambaev will be received by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The sides will discuss issues of developing bilateral cooperation.
