KRX delegation wraps up visit to Uzbekistan

On the same day, the delegation held a meeting at the State Committee of Uzbekistan on management of the state property (SPC) to sum up the result of five-day visit to the Central Asian country.

During the visit, the KRX delegation visited the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market and participated at the seminar dedicated to legal base of securities market in Uzbekistan, rules of stock market, deposit service, interaction during trades, clearance and accounting systems.

The event was participated by the Central Securities Depository, Uzbekistan Stock Exchange and other organizations of the market infrastructure.

After the talks at the SPC, the sides agreed action plan on joint implementation of the memorandum of understanding between the KRX and the SPC. The document was inked on 28 December 2010.
