Korean Investors Show Interest in Developing Ferghana Region’s Education System

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ferghana region hokim Khayrullo Bozorov held a meeting with representatives of South Korean business circles, who expressed strong interest in investing in the development of the region’s preschool and general education system.

During the talks with Chungrim Han, President of Englishunt Inc., the parties discussed prospects for establishing an innovative preschool institution in Ferghana, built on modern pedagogical technologies and Korean educational experience.

The initiative proposed by Chungrim Han and representatives of a Korean language certification company to jointly develop new educational projects in the region was also welcomed.

Kwak Yun Young, CEO of Global Ecorea, presented proposals for the construction of a preschool education center in Ferghana that meets South Korean standards and teaching approaches.

Khayrullo Bozorov noted that such initiatives play a crucial role in improving the regional education system and training a new generation of qualified specialists. He emphasized that the hokimiyat is ready to provide full support for the implementation of these projects.

Following the meeting, the sides agreed to prepare detailed investment proposals and continue negotiations to move toward practical implementation of the agreements reached.
