Korean doctors to examine population of Ferghana

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of doctors from international organization Vision Care Service (South Korea) will visit Uzbekistan from 1 to 6 November 2015, Soglom Avlod Uchun Foundation said.

Within the visit of Vision Care Service delegation, it is planned to conduct a humanitarian campaign on conducting diagnosis of over 800 people and ophthalmic surgery on removing cataract and replacement of eye lens for 100 people.

It is expected that the Korean doctors will conduct master-class for local specialists. The campaign will be held in Ferghana city on the base of Ferghana regional ophthalmic hospital.
