Korea Pops Orchestra and a delegation of representatives of business circles of South Korea arrive in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the Year of Mutual Exchanges between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea, as well as events to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, the Embassy of Uzbekistan, together with the Korean-Uzbek Business Association, organized visit to our country of the South Korean orchestra "Korea Pops Orchestra" and a business delegation from 15 on 18 December, Dunyo news agency reports.

The South Korean delegation, which flew to Uzbekistan today, includes over 80 people, including the Korea Pops Orchestra troupe.

The tour of the orchestra is officially sponsored as part of corporate social responsibility by the South Korean company Eurasia Networks Group.

Performances of musicians are planned in the cities of Ferghana (on 16 December) and Gulistan (on 17 December). During the concerts in the Ferghana and Syrdarya regions, about 20 well-known Uzbek artists will also take part in them.

In addition, as part of the visits to the regions, it is planned to organize a signing ceremony of the Agreement on friendly relations between the administration of the city of Incheon and the Khokimiyat of Ferghana region, as well as lay the foundation for the construction of facilities with the participation of the heads of Hanshin Engineering & Construction companies (the modern residential complex Hanshin Park City in the city of Kokand), "Edulink Global" (preschool educational institutions according to South Korean standards in Ferghana and Gulistan); TDC Co., Ltd. (a modern mini-town by South Korean standards in Gulistan).
