KOICA President visits Uzbekistan

He arrived in Uzbekistan to take part in the opening ceremony of the Professional Education Centre in Samarkand.

On 5 October, KOICA President held a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the press service of the foreign political body of Uzbekistan said.

At the conversation the sides discussed the state and prospects of development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and KOICA in the context of the overall priorities of the strategic partnership of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea.

During the visit of the KOICA delegation it is planned to hold meetings and negotiations in the Government, a number of ministries and departments of Uzbekistan, and visit to Samarkand.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Kwon Yong-woo attended the meeting.
