Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential Resolution "On measures to further improve the activities of the Cadastre Agency under the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted.
According to the Resolution, from 1 January 2023:
organization of the activities of the territorial structures of the Cadastre Agency is carried out by the Cadastre Agency;
financing of the activities of territorial departments and departments is carried out from the republican budget;
interference or influence on the part of khokims in the activities of territorial departments, territorial departments and district (city) branches of the Chamber of State Cadastres is strictly prohibited.
Until 1 July 2023, the agencies of the Cadastre Agency will be able to consider cases of administrative offenses electronically through the E-ma’muriy ish system.
The resolution formed:
- in the structure of the central office of the Cadastre Agency - the Department for the Development of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure;
- in the territorial departments of the cadastral agency - the position of chief specialist on border issues;
- in the structure of the Tashkent College of Geodesy and Cartography - the Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel;
- in the structure of the State Unitary Enterprise "Geoinnovation Center" - the Laboratory for Verification and Calibration of Measuring Instruments, basic doctoral studies, the Office for Standardization in the Field of Spatial Data and the Department for the Coordination of Research Activities.
New developed agricultural lands are classified as agricultural lands based on the decisions of khokims of the regions, taken in accordance with the conclusion of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Also, the Resolution approved the main forecast indicators of the Cadastre Agency for 2023-2026 and a program to improve its material and technical base.
According to the program, the Agency, having measured 25,169 hectares of land, will create their electronic maps.
