Khokim of Tashkent city holds open dialogue with population of Bektemir district

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Acting khokim of Tashkent city Jakhongir Artykkhodjaev held an open dialogue with population of Bektemir district.

During the meeting, the residents of the Binokor mahalla expressed special gratitude to the mayor of Tashkent. This was reported by the press service of the Tashkent city administration.

“The improvement works carried out in this mahalla have come in handy, because it is at the junction of three districts, and the condition of roads, houses and the communal sphere was in very poor condition," Zinola Aripova, a specialist in working with women in Binokor mahalla, said.

The population also made suggestions on improving communal system, educational institutions and others infrastructure.

Artykkhodjaev during an open dialogue listened to the opinion of each citizen and identified the necessary tasks for each responsible person. In particular, given the large number of industrial enterprises in the area and the lively traffic of heavy trucks, experts noted that the asphalt covering of roads should be above the norm.

Local entrepreneurs were asked about the need to improve the surrounding areas.

Also, the administration of Bektemir district and deputies were instructed that the Bektemir-City should be constructed in the most suitable place of the district, moreover,  buildings, amenities, recreation areas at the level of the requirements of the time should be built.
