Kazakh President to visit Uzbekistan in June
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev will pay a visit to Uzbekistan in June 2016, the Kazakh leader said at his meeting with the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan Ikrom Nazarov.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan Ikrom Nazarov handed over credentials to the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev.
“According to agreements, reached during last visit of the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov to our country, I am planning to visit Tashkent in June and participate in upcoming session of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,” President of Kazakhstan said.
A session of the Council of the heads of states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will be held in Tashkent on 23-24 June 2016.
