Kapitalbank’s net profit surpasses 1.8 trillion soums in 2024

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Kapitalbank reported a net profit exceeding 1.8 trillion soums under IFRS for 2024, marking an 8% increase compared to the previous year.

The bank’s assets grew by 13.4% over the year, reaching 47.1 trillion soums. Equity rose by 38.3% to 5.7 trillion soums, while retained earnings surged by 45% to 4.8 trillion soums.

Interest income increased by 41.7% to 6.8 trillion soums, while commission income grew by 17.4%, reaching 5.7 trillion soums.

The volume of individual deposits saw a 37.2% increase, hitting a record 21.4 trillion soums. Meanwhile, the loan portfolio expanded by 6.3% to 31.6 trillion soums.
