Kapital Sugurta plans to sell its 16.23% stake in the insurance company AlskoM

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Kapital Sugurta plans to sell its stake in the insurance company Alskom JSC in the amount of 16.23% of the charter capital of the company.

According to the UZSE, the shares of Alskom company were offered at a price of 1685.93 soums per share. The face value of the shares is 1380 soums, and the stock quote is 1445 soums.

The cost of a package of shares at a price of 1685.93 soums will be 2.99 billion soums.
