Kamilov meets with UNICEF Country Representative in Uzbekistan

On 12 October 2016, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the new head of the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Uzbekistan Sasha Grauman.
Sasha Grauman presented the Minister a letter of the Executive Director of the UNICEF Anthony Lake on the appointment to Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
During the meeting, the side discussed the current state and prior directions of further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and UNICEF.
The sides expressed mutual interest in the successful implementation of Country programme of cooperation for 2016-2020.
