Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Latvia Kadambay Sultanov is officially accredited as the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Finland with his residence in Riga, Dunyo news agency reported.
The ceremony of presenting credentials to the President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö and signing a letter recognizing the powers of the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Finland was held remotely.
The parties are convinced that the accreditation of the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Finland will further intensify comprehensive cooperation between the countries.
Kadambay Sultanov is also the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Latvia. He presented his credentials to President Egils Levits in November 2019. The Ambassador’s mission to Finland will be carried out concurrently.
