Joint Venture of Fahim Brothers to Open in Namangan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — International interest in Uzbekistan’s leather industry continues to grow. Recently, a delegation of leading Pakistani companies visited the country to explore production capabilities, identify new areas of cooperation, and lay the groundwork for joint projects.
During the visit, the guests toured “Ohangaron Tabiiy Charm,” “Hamkor Nur Savdo,” and “Gold Leather Export Import,” gaining detailed insights into technological processes.
In particular, the Pakistani company Fahim Brothers held negotiations with the Namangan-based firm Gold Leather Export Import. Following discussions, a joint investment project for processing sheep hides is planned.
The project is expected to optimize the use of local resources, increase processing volumes, and expand export opportunities.
Additionally, Mamba Fashion and several other Pakistani partners visited “Ohangaron Tabiiy Charm.”
The parties agreed on the purchase of Wet-Blue semi-finished leather, which is expected to further strengthen trade and economic ties between Uzbek and Pakistani enterprises.
