Job fair for family members of servicemen organized in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A specialized job fair for family members of servicemen of military units and institutions located on the territory of the Tashkent garrison was held in Tashkent on 28 June 2017.

About 198 enterprises, organizations and commercial banks took part in the event, which provided 3,315 vacancies, the press service of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations informs.

The companies also provided samples of goods, which they produced. The commercial bank’s staff informed about their soft loans, rules and procedures to start their businesses.

The organizers said that about 362 citizens attended the event, which 319 people applied to jobs and 202 citizens received consultations. Centers for the promotion of employment directed 117 people to employment.

The participants also received consultation on labor legislation, labor protection and other issues.
