JICA delegation visits State Competition Committee

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) held a meeting with the representatives of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition and Republican Business School to discuss implementation of the joint project “Developing potential of businesspersons on the base of the Uzbekistan-Japan Center For Human Development”.

The press service of the Uzbek committee said that the Japanese side received information on main activities of the Republican Business School (RBS) and its curriculum, the most demanded courses, methods of education, forms of cooperation with the state and international organizations, etc..

During the meeting, the sides also discussed organizational activity of the RBS, its main goals, requirements to candidates, selection of candidates, and others.

Two sided agreed to consider signing of memorandum of understanding between the RBS and JICA.
