Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — With the support of the Migration Agency and the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Japan, a forum of employers was held in Kanagawa Prefecture, featuring representatives from 80 major Japanese companies.

During the event, a presentation was delivered highlighting the potential of Uzbekistan’s human resources, the preparation of youth to meet the demands of the international labor market, and ongoing reforms in the migration sector.

Leaders of Japanese companies employing Uzbek nationals delivered welcoming speeches, emphasizing the high professional qualities, diligence, and strong values of Uzbek specialists.

The director of Azbiz company, Taku Hiyane, noted: “Our employees from Uzbekistan stand out not only for their skills but also for their physical endurance. I am confident that Uzbek youth will become some of the most sought-after professionals in the Japanese labor market, and I invite you to develop your companies with the help of such talented specialists!”

Following the forum, agreements were signed between the Migration Agency and several Japanese enterprises concerning targeted workforce training in the fields of manufacturing, transportation, logistics, services, and agriculture, as well as employment opportunities for these specialists in Japan.
