Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The khokim of Mirzo-Ulugbek district Shavkatbek Irgashev, khokim of Yunusabad district Jakhongir Ibrokhimov and khokim of Yangikhayot district Khayot Inagamov were brought to disciplinary action under article 181 of the Labor Code. They were punished as part of the order of the Presidential Administration from 16 August.

The reason for the reprimand is indicated "the assumption of a reduction in the volume of industrial production."

According to the State Statistics Committee, the index of physical volume of industrial production in January-June 2021 decreased in Yunusabad (-18%), Mirzo-Ulugbek (-1.4%) and Yangikhayot (-1.4%) districts of Tashkent.
