ITUC delegation pays visit to Uzbekistan

The visit is aimed at familiarizing with issues related to social-economic protection of employees in various industries of Uzbekistan and development of social partnership and dialogues.

ITUC will also hold talks on cooperation issues with the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.

The delegation visited Tashkent Plant on Construction and Repair of Passenger Wagons of Uzbekiston Temir Yollari.

The guests met with the workers of the plant and assessed conditions, created to the workers, as well as with the activities of the Health Center under the plant.

Within the visit, the guests highly rated measures directed to protect social-economic interests of employees of the plant.
