Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government resolution approved the Regulation on a unified national delivery system, confirmation of delivery, storage and accounting of correspondence sent by state bodies and organizations.

In accordance with the Regulation, the following postal items are sent by state bodies and organizations through the Unified National System:

letters sent to the name of legal entities and individuals, including responses to their appeals;

payment notifications and notices;

subpoenas, court notices and procedural documents;

the results of the provision of public services;

decisions on bringing to a fine for committing an administrative offense.

Services related to the delivery of postal items through the Unified National System are carried out on a contractual basis.

Information about each postal item can be tracked in the Unified National System online.

Postal items sent electronically to the Unified National System will be automatically distributed to the post offices of the corresponding addresses.

Postal items received in the corresponding post offices in electronic form are printed on paper and sent to the specified addresses.

If it is not possible to deliver the postal item to the recipient in paper form, the item will be stored for 6 months.

The operator of the Unified National System is Uzbekiston Pochtasi.

The process of delivery of correspondence that has no legal value will be gradually transferred to a completely electronic form.
