It is time for state bodies to serve the people

In his pre-election program, special attention is paid to provide regular communication between heads and the people, as well as the organization by them individual receptions to solve problems at places. The program noted that considerable attention will be given to further improvement of the system of training, eliminate red tape and irresponsibility in the consideration of citizens’ appeals, estimation of their activities on the basis of public confidence and effectiveness of addressing issues of population.

As it is known, a month earlier a virtual reception of Prime Minister Shavkat Mirziyoyev has began its activity. During this time, several tens of thousands of complaints have been resolved positively, the appropriate measures against a number of officials had been accepted and this process continues.

Khokim of Mirabad district (Kodirov) received a reprimand and head of "Toshissiklikkuvvati" of Mirabad district branch (Mukhamedov) was relieved of his post for the shortcomings when considering the appeals of a resident of the Mirabad district E.Karavaykina about problems in heat supply.

Khokim of Pap district of Namangan region (Yuldashev) received a reprimand for allowing fake relevant documents in the process of solving the complaints received by the email.

Minister of Labour (Abdukhakimov) is tasked to conduct an official inspection to identify and dismiss the responsible officer of the Ministry, who could not be contacted on the phone with a resident of Shakhrikhan district of Andijan region U.Mairova and considered her appeal as anonymous.

The executive director of the Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance (Sultanov) was reprimanded for not solving the problem of citizen M.Hodjakhanova, who asked him to issue a permanent disability status for her 14-year-old disabled child.
