Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 5 January 2023, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to our country Beibut Atamkulov.

It was noted that at the present stage, the Uzbek-Kazakh relations of good neighborliness, strategic partnership and alliance are developing in an ascending line. The basis of the rapid dynamics of cooperation is the especially trusting and warm dialogue that has developed between the leaders of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

An exchange of views took place on the implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level.

Various aspects of upcoming events in the line of parliaments, ministries and departments, as well as regions of the two countries were considered.

The importance of building up cooperation in such areas as trade, energy, transport and logistics, agriculture, etc. was emphasized.

The readiness of the parties to continue interaction within the framework of international and regional structures was reported.

The presence of opportunities for intensifying cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian sphere, which is a significant factor in strengthening friendly relations between fraternal peoples, was noted.
