Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov met with entrepreneurs of Karakalpakstan in Nukus.

In the course of direct communication with manufacturers and exporters, the existing problematic issues were substantively considered, for each of which solutions were developed.

For the most part, business representatives raised issues related to the allocation of financial resources, prolongation of interest payments on previously issued loans, obtaining land plots, empty buildings and structures, necessary licenses and permits, connecting to infrastructure communications and mechanisms for refunding value added tax.

Each appeal was considered on an individual basis with the involvement of the heads of ministries, departments and commercial banks. Responsible managers were instructed to promptly eliminate the identified problems and provide effective practical support to entrepreneurs.

Control over the quality and timely decision of these instructions will be carried out by the Inspectorate for Monitoring the Implementation of Investment Projects and Foreign Trade under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan
