Investment potential of Uzbekistan presented in Ashgabat

Diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan in Ashgabat organized a roundtable dedicated to presentation of potential of the country and possibilities of free industrial and economic zone Navoi, special industrial zone Jizzakh and special industrial zone in Angren at the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
The participants considered main clauses of the law of Uzbekistan “On free economic zones”, Jahon news agency reported.
During the presentation, the participants received information on measures directed at improving investment attractiveness of Uzbekistan, modernization of production capacities in the country, etc. They also were familiarized with the potentials of the FIEZ Navoi, SIZ Jizzakh and SIZ Angren.
The participants of the roundtables were informed about achievements of Uzbekistan in reforming and modernizing economy, improvement of real income and well-being of population, development of small and private businesses, the report said.
