International Conference “KEY TECH: AI in Retail and E-commerce” to be Held in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 13 November 2025, the international conference “KEY TECH: AI in Retail and E-commerce” will take place at the U-Enter innovation space. The event is a key platform dedicated to the future of retail and e-commerce in the era of artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

The conference will bring together industry leaders, representatives of technology companies, banks, fintech firms, and government agencies to discuss the practical application of AI solutions in commerce, marketing, and customer service.

AI as a Strategic Driver of Trade

Artificial intelligence is becoming a major growth driver for the global retail market. Analysts estimate its contribution to the retail and FMCG sectors at US$400–660 billion annually, while the global market for AI solutions in retail could exceed US$160 billion by 2030.

Amid these global trends, the Uzbek market is also accelerating. Expanding retail networks and marketplaces are generating strong demand for demand forecasting technologies, dynamic pricing, and anti-fraud systems in payments. The government has identified AI development as a strategic priority and is creating a solid foundation for its implementation in retail and e-commerce.

Organizers and Partners

The conference is supported by the National Agency for Advanced Projects (NAAP), IT Park Uzbekistan, the Central Asian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AICA), and the Uzbekistan E-commerce Association.

Servercore, an international IT infrastructure provider, serves as the technology partner, while the event is organized by Khisam Communications (KEY TECH Agency).

Program and Key Topics

The conference program includes plenary sessions, thematic panels, and an exhibition of AI solutions. Topics include: the future of trade and AI’s impact on retail and e-commerce; demand forecasting and inventory management; recommendation systems and AI search in marketplaces; personalization of customer experience; application of AI in analytics, marketing, and business management; banking retail and intelligent network management; and anti-fraud and trust in digital payments.

Industry leaders from domestic and international companies—including Wildberries, Uzum, Ozon, Yandex, Humo, Korzinka, Servercore, SberTech, and other major players—will share practical cases and experiences. Featured speakers include: Kamronbek Muhammadiev (NAAP), Akimal Primkulov (Wildberries), Nuriddin Lafizov (Alif Uzbekistan), Yaroslav Uporov (SberTech), Sunnat Shamuratov (Servercore), and Laziz Adkhamov (Linko).
