Interior Ministry approves instruction of registering citizens in Tashkent city and region

New instruction says that people, who arrived in Tashkent and Tashkent region for over 5 days, should undergo registration. Temporary registration will be issued by Department of entry and departure and registration of the citizens.

The persons are registered from 5 to 60 days. The document said that students, studying at Tashkent universities, will be registered to all period of education.

The registered citizens have right to work in the capital city and region for the period of the registration.

The instruction also regulates issues of prolonging registrations. It said that the citizens, who violated laws systematically, could receive refusal for registration.

The registration of the citizen will now serve as reason for purchase of habitation in Tashkent and Tashkent region, obtaining full time job or receive social allowances, it added.
