Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Pulat Bobozhonov, who is currently on a working visit to the United Arab Emirates, today, as part of the visit program, met with the head of the Dubai City Police, Major General Abdulloh Khalifa Al-Marri.

At the meeting, the sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of ensuring public safety and combating crime, as well as exchange of experience.

After the meeting, which took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, an acquaintance with the activities of the Dubai City Police System took place.

In particular, the Uzbek delegation got acquainted with the Electronic Police, consisting of the latest information technologies and software in the field of law enforcement, combating crime, ensuring public safety, preventing various types of offenses, as well as the Safe and Smart City systems, a center for managing forces and means, a center for combating cybercrime, the activities of "Smart police station - Smart police station", created in the city of Dubai in order to ensure the safety of tourist sites and tourists visiting Dubai.
