Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Informal summit of CIS heads of states will be held in Russia on 28 December. The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Russia Ermek Kosherbayev said this, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports.
According to him, Vladimir Putin invited the presidents of the CIS countries to fly to St. Petersburg to discuss current issues in an informal setting.
