Individual entrepreneurs to be able to provide taxi services in 2018

Starting from 2018, individuals in Uzbekistan will be able to provide tax services after registering as individual entrepreneur, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov said during the Senate session.
He said citizens will need to obtain a license to provide taxi services. The order will be extended to passenger transportation on cars with maximum for passenger seats, UzA reported.
Kuchkarov noted that this proposal was developed in accordance with the instruction of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and is aimed at increasing the collection of taxes.
