Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On the eve of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, an inclusive concert Bir jamoa - One Team was held at the Palace of International Forums "Uzbekistan" on 30 November.

The annual event is held under the motto “We are different. We are equal”, according to the press service of the Zamin International Public Fund.

This year, the organizers of the concert were the National Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the Imkon SDOU, the Mehrli qo’llar NGO, the Association of Volunteers of Uzbekistan and the Zamin International Public Fund.

The International Day of Persons with Disabilities was established on 3 December each year by the UN General Assembly in 1992 at the 47th session. The General Assembly called on all states and international organizations to cooperate in celebrating this day.
