Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In the first quarter of 2022, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine produced products worth 7.6 trillion soums.
In the first three months of this year, the plant exported products worth US$239.15 million. In particular, 17,978 tons of copper, 14,122 tons of zinc, 57,335 tons of cement, 7,931 tons of lead concentrate were supplied to foreign partners.
The geography of export of the plant’s products is Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Poland, Tajikistan, Indonesia, the Netherlands, China, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan.
At the plant, within the framework of the localization program, according to the planned 75 projects, products worth 59.6 billion soums were produced. Until the end of this year, it is planned to produce products worth 130 billion soums through an additional 12 new projects.
