In some kindergartens it is allowed to accept a child from 2 years old

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with the Decree on measures to further accelerate work on systemic support for families and women, a separate university will be opened to train women in design, textile industry, information technology, network economy, marketing and others popular areas.

Every year in March, a competition of applied innovative projects “Woman Scientist” is held.

Under the Committee, a "Society of Women Scientists" will be created, to which 50 billion soums will be allocated for practical support and further stimulation of women.

For the purpose of vocational training, involvement in entrepreneurship and employment of women in rural areas, starting from 2023, grants in the amount of up to 7,000 BRF will be allocated annually to non-governmental organizations.

The Academy of Public Administration will organize separate training courses for the training of women leaders, where at least 100 women will be trained annually.

Until 1 January  2024, at least 1 deputy head will be appointed from among women in all state bodies and organizations, as well as in organizations of their system, with a state share in the charter of 50 percent or more.

An additional 1 trillion soums will be allocated to finance women’s business projects under the Family Business Development Program in 2022.

From 1 April 2022:

the size of the subsidy for women starting a business will be increased from 7 million soums to 10 million soums;

at least 40 percent of the products produced by women entrepreneurs will be placed in the craft centers of the Hunarmand association.

in 2022, at least 40% of subsidies will go to women;

needy women included in the "Women’s Notebook" who rent housing are provided with compensation in the amount of 50 percent of the rent, up to a maximum of 500 thousand soums.

From 1 April  2022:

Women who have lost a breadwinner:

are exempted from parental contributions when placing children in state kindergartens; 

will receive subsidies from the budget for the placement of children under the age of 3 in non-state kindergartens.

Public kindergartens that are not operating at full capacity are allowed to accept children aged 2 to 3 years in the form of paid services;

when organizing kindergartens at enterprises and in organizations where women work in the evening shifts, the wages of educators will be compensated from the budget.
