Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Based on the recommendation of the khokim’s assistants, 4.4 trillion soums of preferential loans for 177 thousand projects, as well as subsidies in the amount of 60 billion soums for more than 24 thousand unemployed were provided. 

In addition, 128 thousand citizens were trained in professional and entrepreneurial skills. This was announced at a briefing by the head of the Agency for the work of mahallabay and entrepreneurship development Dilfuza Avlokulova.

About 9.5 thousand mahallabay micro-projects have been launched, out of more than 25 thousand formed by the khokim’s assistants, about 47 thousand jobs have been created;

based on the principle of "one mahalla - one product", the effective use of 79 thousand hectares of land in 632 thousand households in 3051 specialized mahallas was established.
