Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On establishing additional non-working days and postponing days off during the celebration of official dates in 2022” in order to organize the involvement of the population in domestic tourism, the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage and the relevant ministries and departments in connection with the holiday of Ramadan Hayit introduced discounts throughout the Republic on holiday weekends from 30 April to 4 May.

1. From the side of Uzbekistan Airways, a 50% discount was introduced on all tariffs for local air transportation carried out from 2 to 4 May 2022.

2. Uzbekiston Temir Yollari on the eve of the Ramadan Hayit holiday for greater convenience of passengers on 3-4-5 May, an additional movement of high-speed train No. 767/768 "Afrosiyob" will be launched on the route Samarkand-Tashkent - Samarkand.

3. From 30 April to 1-2-3-4 May, the Vakf Charitable Public Foundation introduced a 20% discount on entrance tickets for adults and a 50% discount for youth at cultural heritage sites for citizens of the country.

At the same time, voluntary discounts are provided by museums, hotels, food outlets located throughout the country.
