62% of violations related to contractual relations between local khokimiyats and state bodies with entrepreneurs, 20% - seizure of land, 12% - compensation, 6% - with the allocation of premises, taxes and other issues. This was announced at a briefing in AIMC by the head of the information service of the Office of the Business Ombudsman, Jamshid Khasanov.

As a result of the intervention of the Business Ombudsman, funds of entrepreneurs in the amount of 45 billion soums were collected (written off) and land plots of 12,622 hectares were returned.
