Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The government of Uzbekistan has appointed a new chairman of the board of the joint-stock company "Issiqlik Ta’minoti."

According to a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, Ilkhom Turaev has been named chairman of the board of the company.

Prior to this appointment, Ilkhom Turaev headed the department for the development of the heating supply system and coordination of operational activities at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

JSC "Issiqlik Ta’minoti" was established in accordance with the presidential decree "On the Fundamental Reform of the Heating Supply Sector for Residential Buildings and Structures, as well as Measures to Improve the Energy Efficiency of Buildings." It was created under the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services to implement these reforms.
