Ikram Ibragimov Raises Stake in Hamkorbank to 62%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 24 March 2026, two major transactions involving ordinary shares of JSC “Hamkorbank” were executed on the Nego exchange.

A total of 3.46 billion ordinary shares were sold, representing 2.7% of the bank’s authorized capital. The price per share was 54.62 soums, bringing the total transaction volume to 189 billion soums.

The buyer was Ikram Ibragimov, a member of Hamkorbank’s Supervisory Board. Prior to these transactions, he held 59.21% of the bank’s ordinary shares. After completing the acquisitions, his stake increased to 61.88%.
