Hydraulic Testing of Heating Networks Underway in Tashkent as Part of Winter Preparations
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 30 May to 17 July 2025, scheduled hydraulic tests are being conducted across the capital to assess the strength and integrity of the city’s heating networks, according to a statement from Veolia Energy Tashkent’s press service.
These tests are part of routine preparations for the upcoming heating season and will not affect the supply of hot water.
However, during the testing process, localized pipeline damage and discharges of hot water onto roads and sidewalks may occur.
The company urges drivers, pedestrians, and those working or residing near administrative buildings to exercise caution, stay alert, and follow the instructions of on-site personnel.
In case of any damage or emergency situations involving the heating networks, residents are advised to promptly report incidents by calling the short number 1347.
