HUMO and Korti Milliy Payment Systems Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 13 October 2025, the international Plus Forum opened in Dushanbe, during which Uzbekistan’s HUMO and Tajikistan’s Korti Milliy payment systems signed a strategic partnership agreement.
The memorandum formalizes the parties’ intention to integrate their payment infrastructures, enabling HUMO cardholders to access Korti Milliy services in Tajikistan, while Korti Milliy cardholders will be able to use HUMO services in Uzbekistan.
The agreement aims to foster long-term strategic cooperation between the two largest payment systems in the region and expand service opportunities for clients in both countries.
Plus Forum traditionally serves as a platform for professional dialogue and the exchange of experience in the financial and payments sector.
This year, HUMO was represented at the forum by Alexey Goleniщev, who presented a report titled “Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience in the Banking and Payment Industry.” Participation in such international conferences helps the company strengthen its market position and enhance its reputation within the global financial community.
It is noted that establishing partnership ties with Tajikistan holds strategic importance for Uzbekistan. A recent working visit by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Dushanbe underscored the significance of developing bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
