Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On the official telegram channel of the Ministry of Health, data appeared on the expenses of Uzbekistan to combat the spread of coronavirus infection in the country.

According to the press service, 3 trillion 962 billion soums were spent on financing measures to combat coronavirus in 2020.

- 3 trillion 423 billion soums were allocated for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of social facilities.;

- 2 trillion 485 billion soums for financial support of enterprises.

- 1 trillion 340 billion soums to expand social support for the population.

- 1 trillion 22 billion soums were allocated for the construction of healthcare facilities and the creation of the necessary infrastructure;

- 595 billion soums were spent to cover losses of local budgets and pension funds.
