Hayot Bank Raises Authorized Capital by 100 Billion Soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Hayot Bank has decided to increase its authorized capital by 100 billion soums, a resolution approved at the general meeting of shareholders on 16 February 2026.

The issuance of new shares was officially registered with state authorities on 27 February 2026. The bank will issue 100 million ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1,000 soums each, to be placed through a private subscription.

Following the completion of the issuance, Hayot Bank’s authorized capital will reach 650 billion soums.

Previously, in October 2025, the bank increased its capital by 50 billion soums, raising it to 550 billion soums.

For the 2025 financial year, Hayot Bank reported a net profit of 41.2 billion soums.
