Hamroh Invest to pay dividends for 2010

According to the investment company data, the size of dividends per share will make up 35 soums or 10% from par value of shares. The nominal value of shares is 350 soums.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 1,696,414 ordinary shares, the company said.

The company added that it will pay dividends with money resources.

Hamroh Invest received net income for 161.245 million soums in 2010. Shareholders of the company allocated 36.822% of net income or 59.374 million soums to payment of dividends.

Shareholders directed 5% of net income or 8.062 million soums to reserve fund, and 3% or 4.837 million soums to remuneration of members of Supervisory Council, 0.093% or 150,000 soums to remuneration of revision commission.

The company will also allocate 3% of net income or 4837 million soums to remuneration of executive body members. Other part of net income for 83.984 million soums is directed to development of the company.
