Hakim Ganiev holds master class on plov cooking in Moscow
The master class was organized at the assistance of Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia and Fund Forum. Hakim Ganiev also presented famous Ferghana plov, which is considered as “business card” of Uzbekistan.
Hakim Ganiev is author of many books on oriental cuisine. Recently, he published new book “Plov – delo tonkoye” (Plov – delicate affair). He said that book does not include all plov recipes. He said that he selected basic plov recipes.
Ganiev briefed the participants on process of cooking of plov and shared his opinion on selection of meat, rice and carrot to plov. At the end of master-class, all participants had chance to taste plov, cooked by Ganiev. Participants also had chance to communicate with cook.
