Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The presidential decree “On additional measures to comprehensively support youth and further increase its public activity” stipulates that a youth business school will be established in Tashkent from 1 September 2021, and from 2022 - its branches in all regions.

From 1 October 2021, competitions for youth start-up ideas "First Step into Business" will be organized, and grants will be allocated to at least three winners in all districts and cities.

For each of the best projects, grant funds up to 200 times the size of the basic estimated value are provided.

From the 2021/2022 academic year, a phased conduct of information technology classes in general secondary, secondary specialized, professional and higher educational institutions in accordance with the Cambridge program will be introduced.

From 1 September 2021, athletes-coaches who are winners and prize-winners (1-3rd places) of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Asian and Para-Asian Games, world championships, Asia and the republic in the last 5 years, as well as athletes-coaches who carry out activities in remote and hard-to-reach areas:

empty buildings and structures that are state property are leased out in the amount of 50 percent of the minimum rental rate established for this object, without conducting electronic tenders in order to organize the activities of sports clubs;

subsidies are provided for the purchase of sports equipment, items and equipment;

a monthly payment of at least 10 times the amount of BRV is introduced in the event that they involve at least 100 young people in regular sports.

From 1 October  2021, the “Best Book for Children and Youth” competition will be held annually.

Authors who won this competition are awarded a reward:

- for the first place - 100 million soums; 

- for the second place - 75 million soums; 

- for the third place - 50 million soums.
