GM Uzbekistan sells 838 cars in Kazakhstan in Feb

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- GM Uzbekistan, an Uzbek-US carmaker, increased sales of cars by 3.22 times year-on-year in February 2013 – from 260 units in February 2012 to 838 units in February 2013, a consulting firm Qncepto said in its report.

According Qncepto, GM Uzbekistan claimed the third place on the volume of sold cars in Kazakhstan in February 2013 after LADA (3,222 sold cars) and Toyota (863 cars).

Qncepto’s report said that Nexia model, produced in Uzbekistan, claimed the third place among bestsellers in Kazakhstan in the reporting period.

Other model of GM Uzbekistan, Matiz, was on the eighth place among bestsellers in Kazakh market compared to the eleventh place in January 2013.
