Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Germany will send 10,000 doses of the Kazirivimab / Imdevimab combination drug to Uzbekistan as humanitarian aid. The total cost of the cargo arriving in Tashkent today at 21:00 is 20.6 million euros.

This drug is very effective against coronavirus infection.

Kazirivimab / Imdevimab (from Swiss pharmaceutical company Roche) is an artificial “cocktail of antibodies” designed to create resistance to COVID-19. Currently, the drug remains the only combination that is resistant to new strains.

The study found that the drug reduced hospital admissions and deaths from coronavirus by 70%, and also reduced the duration of symptoms from 14 to 10 days.
