Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Due to the foreign policy situation, the visa section of the German Embassy in Tashkent will be closed indefinitely. This was reported by the German Embassy in Uzbekistan.

"Due to the current special foreign policy situation, the visa section of the embassy in Tashkent will be closed until further notice," the diplomatic mission said in a statement.

"Appointments for interviews at the German Embassy in Tashkent, especially for visa applications, are (hereby) canceled with immediate effect," the embassy added.
