Genesis Innovation increases its share in the authorized capital of IC Kafolat
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Genesis Innovation increased its stake in the authorized capital of Kafolat Insurance Company to 67.51%.
Genesis Innovation acquired 9.69 million shares of an insurance company for 9.1 billion soums.
As a result, the company’s share in the authorized capital of "Kafolat" increased by 21.54% - up to 67.51%.
