Genesis Innovation becomes the owner of 51.05% of shares of the insurance company "Kafolat"

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Genesis Innovation became the owner of 51.05% or 18.02 billion shares of the Kafolat insurance company, according to the data of the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent".

Genesis Innovation acquired 8.54 billion shares of Kafolat (24.08% of the authorized capital) for 25 billion soums. The company paid 2.94 soums per share at a nominal price of 1 soum.

As a result, Genesis Innovation’s share in Kafolat increased from 26.97% to 51.05%.
